Mr. BO XIANG, the visionary founder and CEO of Royal AT International Contracting L.L.C – S.P.C, brings over 20 years of industry experience in construction, engineering, and project management. Mr. Xiang’s career spans numerous international projects in China and other parts of the world, where he successfully managed large-scale ventures in collaboration with European and American investors.
